Resolution Education
Resolution Education has over 25 years of experience in adult training and education, specializing in de-escalation, dealing with difficult behavior, workplace violence prevention and occupational violence and aggression (OVA) training. Our training is designed to give your employees a comprehensive toolkit with practical and legal strategies to remain composed and resolve difficult situations in the workplace.
During training, all participants learn how to defuse situations and prioritize de-escalation to minimize physical incidents and where necessary use non-punitive physical intervention techniques. Our training is impactful and hands-on, using role-play scenarios and discussions to learn techniques and cement knowledge.
